Where do I pick up the car at El Dorado Airport?

At the International Terminal (Muelle Internacional), level 2, exit 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We confirm the spot and the time on WhatsApp before you arrive.

My flight lands in the small hours. Will you still deliver the car?

Yes. Outside office hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) we still deliver: message us on WhatsApp, which is answered 24 hours, and we arrange it around your flight. We track your flight, so if it is delayed, we wait for you.

How much does it cost to rent a car at the airport?

The Mahindra KUV 100 is the cheapest: from US$45 per day, plus full coverage insurance. Within office hours, delivery at El Dorado costs nothing extra.

What do I need to pick up the car?

Your passport (or your Colombian ID card, if you are Colombian) and a valid driver's license, and both must be from the same country: a US passport with a US driver's license, or a Colombian ID card or passport with a Colombian license. You must also be 25 or older; no minimum time holding a license is required. In Colombia a foreign license is valid for tourists for up to 6 months (Law 769 of 2002, art. 25) and no International Driving Permit is required. If your situation is different, message us on WhatsApp before booking.

Do prices go up in high season?

No. The rate is the same all year: no December, Easter or long-weekend surcharge.

What is added to the daily rate?

Full coverage insurance is added to the daily rate: it is 10% of the vehicle's rate. You also leave a security deposit, whose amount depends on the vehicle: it is paid when you pick up the car and returned 12 to 15 business days after you hand it back. The booking is confirmed with 30% of the rental price.
